SCHEDULE OF CONDITION

A schedule of condition provides an accurate record of the state of a property at the time of inspection. When this type of schedule is prepared at the beginning of a commercial lease, it can be a very effective document offering legal protection to both landlord and tenant. 

The survey will include:  

• The condition of the property at the date of inspection 

• Defects or concerns requiring investigation to mitigate ongoing damage to the premises  

• Any issues affecting the structural integrity of the property  

• Defects or issues that could impact on the safety of occupants and/or the building
