SCHEDULE OF CONDITION

This type of survey provides an accurate record of the state of a property and is primarily carried out on behalf of landlords and tenants.

An agreed Schedule of Condition forms an integral part of a commercial lease and provides mutual benefits when establishing dilapidation liabilities.

SPECIFIC DEFECT REPORT

Specific Defect Reports focus on structural damage to buildings and are often carried out where structural issues are identified within a HomeBuyer or Building Survey.

Where defects can readily be diagnosed, suitable remedial measures can  be recommended or designed.

Further investigations may be required where for example, subsidence damage is discovered.
